Who We Are
Sama Sama Visas was founded by an Australian and an Indonesian, based in Bali. Between us we bring a deep understanding of both cultures, lived experience with the Australian visa process, and a genuine passion for helping couples and families navigate the journey to Australia.
We went through the Australian partner visa process ourselves — we know how overwhelming the documentation can feel, how emotional the waiting is, and how much it helps to have someone in your corner who truly understands — not just the paperwork, but the human story behind it.
Our team is bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and we are proud to be part of the Bali community we serve.
Sama Sama — which means 'together' and 'you're welcome' in Bahasa Indonesia — is exactly what this service is about. We do this together.
