Terms of Service

1. Nature of Service
Sama Sama Visas provides the following services:
- •Visa application assistance including document preparation and lodgement on your behalf
- •Personalised document checklists based on your individual circumstances
- •Application form completion assistance
- •Application lodgement with the Australian Department of Home Affairs on your behalf
- •Relationship Timeline creation for partner visa applications (signature service)
- •Ongoing communication and support throughout the application process
Our services constitute visa application assistance, including document preparation and lodgement on your behalf. We do not provide legal advice, migration advice, or any guarantee of visa outcome. All visa decisions are made solely by the Australian Department of Home Affairs.
2. Payment Terms
Our fee structure is as follows:
✈️ Tourist Visa & Student Visa
Full payment is required upfront before we commence work on your application. This covers both our service fee and the government application fee. Payment is due upon engagement confirmation.
💝 Relationship Timeline (Standalone)
Full payment is required upfront before we commence work on your Relationship Timeline. Delivery is within the agreed timeframe following receipt of all required information and materials.
💑 Partner Visa (Subclass 309/100)
Partner visa payments are structured in stages, reflecting the length and complexity of the process. Stage 1 (initial consultation, document strategy, and Relationship Timeline) is payable upfront. Stage 2 (application completion and lodgement, including government fee) is payable prior to lodgement. Specific payment milestones will be agreed in writing prior to engagement.
3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Sama Sama Visas makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any visa application we assist with will be approved. Visa decisions are made solely and exclusively by the Australian Department of Home Affairs. We cannot influence, predict, or guarantee any visa outcome. Our role is to help you prepare the strongest possible application — the decision rests entirely with the Department.
4. Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on your application. This includes:
- •Our service fee, once consultation or document work has begun
- •Government application fees, which are paid directly to the Australian Department of Home Affairs and are non-refundable under any circumstances
- •Relationship Timeline fees, once the timeline creation process has commenced
If you wish to cancel your engagement before work has commenced, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
5. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
- •Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application
- •Respond to our requests for information or documents in a timely manner
- •Understand that providing false or misleading information to the Department of Home Affairs is a serious offence
